Live & Dangerous - The music of Thin Lizzy

Blackrose are a bunch of local rock muso’s who, as well as being fans of Thin Lizzy, love playing their unique brand of rock music, the sheer poetry of Phil Lynott’s lyrics, the melodic harmonising of the Gibson guitars driven by the energy of Brian Downey’s drum patterns. While Phil and the guys wrote so many great songs, Blackrose is mainly inspired by the Live & Dangerous Album era featuring guitarists Brian Robertson and Scott Gorham. The band recently played at the Paddy’s Day Festival at Leederville and have been invited to the annual Bash for Philo in Dublin on August 24th.
